 Tall antenna is dummy for attraction of storm lightning -
The two loop on pipe are the recieve antenna - that has little or no
gain in the amateur 2 meter band !
For years we got by with it with a high gain pre-amp.
This fellow needs to be replaced with a ham tuned antenna!
 Left antenna is Lighting collector only - Receive antenna 'right' dual loops North South
Transmitter antenna is side mount to the North by North West
  Another look at the older antennas used for Fire and County services
 We received the left overs antenna and hard line as a nice gift!
